Activity Overview

Quality measures in the community pharmacy practice are intended to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare processes, create accountability for patient outcomes, and demonstrate the value of pharmacists as crucial members of the care team. As healthcare evolves into value-based models, it is critical to learn about new and upcoming standardized measures. This webinar will explore the measure development process, review new and upcoming measures related to value-based care, and outline measurement evaluation strategies prior to and following implementation.

The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
