Pharmacists and Technicians who are claiming ACPE credit have only 60 days to claim credit after it is earned. For live activities such as webinars or conferences, the 60 days is calculated from the date of the live activity. For home-study credit such as online recordings, the 60 day countdown begins after you've completed ALL credit prerequisites (such as evaluations, tests, etc.) and the CLAIM button has appeared. Learn more
All pharmacists and technicians must have an NABP ID and PIN in order to claim credit. Your NABP ID was assigned by NABP and your PIN is your 4-digit birth date and birth month. (Example: If your birth date is December 17, your PIN is 1217.) Learn more
Be sure the “claim credit” was clicked. If it is showing claimed on the Learning Center site, you will need to contact NABP or BPS to confirm.

BPS: https://www.bpsweb.org/contact/

ASHP’s Professional Certificates are high-quality, manageable and practical professional development opportunities for practitioners and pharmacy personnel. These self-guided, online programs are presented in manageable segments and participants claim CE as each learning module is completed. Once a learner has successfully completed the educational curriculum, they will then have an opportunity to pass a practice exercise component required to earn a Professional Certificate.

Submissions will be uploaded into our website. A dropbox will be available once a learner has successfully completed the educational curriculum, and then moves on to the final practice exercise component required to earn a Professional Certificate. The required practice exercise material should be uploaded into the dropbox and submitted to ASHP for our expert reviewers to grade.

We kindly ask that you check in on your submission status within 7-10 business days.

Our website will not notify learners when submissions have been graded. We suggest that you log into the website to check on your status after 7-10 business days. Please return to the section where practice exercise submissions have been upload to read any follow-up notes left by the expert reviewers.

Please visit our Professional Certificates Page for more assistance, or send an email to ashpcertificates@ashp.org
