Learn the details of PBM requirements and some suggested strategies to navigate the constantly changing guidance framework. This activity will also highlight the laws and regulations that impact health system pharmacies, including rules regarding network access, benefits design, fair audits, and reimbursement rates.

This activity will focus on legal considerations in Specialty Practice for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
