Ongoing staff education and training is an important component of staying current with changes in patient care. Competency documentation is also a requirement for accrediting bodies such as the Joint Commission. This webinar provides an intro to ASHP’s Pharmacy Competency Assessment Center (PCAC) which includes a demonstration of the tool and use cases from providers in the small and rural setting.
