Activity Overview

This activity will provide two examples of digital engagement strategies used within health system specialty pharmacy. The speakers will discuss resources needed, relative timelines, pharmacy workflow, KPI’s measured and lessons learned throughout the process. Speakers will also provide a summary of digital patient engagement trends and highlight new technologies in the market.
