Activity Overview
Pharmacists providing care to solid organ transplant patients are aware of some pharmacogenomic implications in their patients but are not always comfortable with all of the opportunities with regard to testing. In addition to this, implementation of pharmacogenomic testing in this population has not been optimized due to lack of transparency of coverage of this testing. After listening to this episode, pharmacists will know more about how to use pharmacogenomic testing in this patient population and how to implement in their practice.
