Activity Overview 

Pharmacists provide care for solid organ transplant recipients across pre-transplant evaluation, immediate post-transplant care, and long-term posttransplant management in the outpatient setting.  This episode showcases the various roles of a transplant pharmacist in the ambulatory setting.
