Overview

In this activity, Drs. Bradley, Jorgenson, Kearney, Moore, and Seckel will describe the rationale for incorporating mental health and pain care into the primary care setting, summarize evidence supporting mental health and pain management services within primary care and the pharmacist practitioner impact as part of the team, describe the foundational elements of practice for mental health and pain management pharmacist practitioners in primary care, and outline a vision for integration of mental health and pain management pharmacy practitioners into primary care through successful diffusion strategies.
