Will focus on detailing tools and ideas for growing resident capabilities in self-assessment, leadership, and well-being management.

Describe personal and professional growth garnered by pharmacy residents while completing an international acute care/precepting rotation
Summarize the utility of integrating a resident into a longitudinal personal and professional growth program and their role as a facilitator in said program
Explain the transition from a resident to a preceptor and how to manage well-being individually and globally
