Activity Overview 

Quality measures in health-system specialty pharmacy practice are intended to evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare processes, create accountability for patient outcomes, and demonstrate the value of pharmacists as crucial members of the care team. As healthcare evolves into value-based models, it is critical to learn about new and upcoming standardized measures. This webinar will explore the measure development process, review new and upcoming measures related to value-based care, and outline measurement evaluation strategies prior to and following implementation.

It is an electronic direct-report process so your credits should appear in your account within a few minutes. After the 60 day deadline, ASHP will no longer be able to report your credit(s) for this activity.
