Activity Overview

Idaho’s standard of care framework has created opportunities for pharmacists to practice more independently across a variety of care settings. This webinar will provide a practical overview of the Idaho standard of care model and how pharmacists are applying it in real-world practice. Speakers from ambulatory care, inpatient, and community pharmacy settings will share examples of how standard of care has been integrated into workflows, patient care services, and team-based care models. The session will also discuss operational considerations, lessons learned, areas of success, and ongoing challenges as organizations continue to evolve pharmacist practice under this model.
