Difficult and high-stakes conversations are a common aspect of pharmacy practice and can influence professional relationships, team dynamics, and workplace effectiveness. These conversations often involve heightened emotions and require intentional communication to navigate successfully.

This application-based webinar introduces structured communication frameworks through guided instruction and audience polling to support preparation for and navigation of difficult workplace conversations across professional roles and care settings, including interactions with patients and members of the healthcare team. The activity emphasizes purposeful communication and professional dialogue to support collaboration, accountability, and effective working relationships in pharmacy practice.

Methods and CE Requirements

Per ACPE requirements, CPE credit must be claimed within 60 days of being earned.
