Activity Overview

This webinar translates national leadership research into practical strategies for change in health-system pharmacy. Drawing on survey data from the AJHP manuscript publication of pharmacy executives and mid-level managers across hospitals and health systems, the session highlights how leadership insights can inform workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational decision-making, while also demonstrating how organizations can use survey data to validate findings at their own sites, benchmark against national trends, and better leverage insights on job satisfaction, leadership motivation, and career sustainability.
