The session will outline common transitions across a pharmacist’s career path and provide practical guidance for recognizing precepting opportunities in a new organizational environment. Attendees will also learn how to identify a structured framework for precepting responsibility integration into their new position in a way that supports professional growth, learner development, and departmental needs.

This webinar is designed for pharmacists who serve as preceptors or aspire to become preceptors, particularly those navigating or anticipating transitions in their career.
