Activity Overview:
This webinar explores key factors within residency training that can lead to resident burnout and highlights practical ways to embed wellbeing into the core of residency programs. Participants will learn strategies for incorporating wellness into long-term requirements—such as research responsibilities and service commitments—and will also hear about one residency’s program model for offering flexible, accessible wellbeing resources. The session aims to help residents begin to shape a sustainable work–life balance plan supported by institutional practices and tools.
