This webinar will bring together three pharmacy leaders from across the country to share their experiences implementing centralized services within their organizations. Each speaker will discuss the drivers behind their centralized services model, as well as key challenges encountered and successes achieved along the way. The session will highlight real-world insights into how centralized consolidated services centers are evolving, with each speaker focusing on a distinct technology solution that supports their model. Attendees will gain practical perspectives on leveraging technology and centralization to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall pharmacy performance.
