Activity Overview

This session is designed to empower pharmacists and leaders with the knowledge and confidence to take the first steps toward integrating credentialed services into their practice model.

This activity was planned to meet the educational needs of ambulatory care pharmacists, clinical pharmacy specialists, and pharmacy leaders who are involved in or preparing to engage in credentialing and billing processes for clinical pharmacy services. It is especially relevant for those in health systems or outpatient settings seeking to establish or enhance credentialed pharmacist roles and integrate billing workflows into their practice models.
