Activity Overview
The work of a pharmacy technician is challenging and has enormous impact on the quality of patient care. The weight of that responsibility can sometimes lead to self-doubt and imposter syndrome. If you feel this way, don’t fake it ‘til you make it, instead, learn it ‘til you earn it! Faking it can leave individuals feeling isolated and insecure when they are struggling with imposter syndrome. Learning empowers people to openly pursue knowledge, fearlessly leverage connections with others, and boldly build the skills to feel confident and conquer imposter syndrome.
