This activity features a conversation amongst two current and two former PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy residents to discuss their decision to pursue a second year residency, provide insight into their residency program structure and day-to-day experiences,share realistic strategies to manageresidency workload stressors,and comment on career aspirations and workforce readiness.
