Overview
The Student: Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Microcredential curriculum provides student pharmacists with a description of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices currently available, selecting the most appropriate CGM device based on patient-specific factors, interpreting CGM data to inform decisions about diabetes therapy, billing and reimbursement opportunities for CGM services, and strategies for overcoming barriers to CGM implementation.
The Student: Continuous Glucose Monitoring Microcredential is intended for student pharmacists and is not eligible for ACPE credit.
Student: Continuous Glucose Monitoring Microcredential Requirement
Once a learner has completed the educational curriculum, they will have the opportunity to complete an online comprehensive exam. Once the learner passes the exam (minimum 80% passing rate; unlimited attempts permitted), they will earn the ASHP Student: Continuous Glucose Monitoring Microcredential and Credly badge.
