Activity Overview
The Safety and Quality Residency Gems will highlight PGY1 and PGY2 residency projects that improve medication safety in their organizations. This session will showcase projects that are innovative, required multidisciplinary collaboration, and show substantial improvements to the medication use process.

This activity was planned to meet the educational needs of clinicians and administrators involved in developing and implementing quality and safety projects.
