Medication management in the perioperative space varies between health systems and institutions. This webinar aims to share best practices on perioperative medication reconciliation and safe use of high-alert medications. Additionally, some innovative practice ideas will be shared with the intent of optimizing medication management.

This activity was planned to meet the educational needs ofhealth system pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, specifically those with oversight of or working in the perioperative setting.
