This panel discussion aims to highlight the best practices and experiences from various thought leaders in various states of Centralized Service Centers (CSC’s) implementations. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the operational/financial efficiencies,and innovativesolutions that have been implemented in different shared service centers. The session promises to be an engaging exchange of ideas, providing attendees with practical knowledge to enhance or plan for their own service centers.
