Pharmacists who are looking to establish an opioid stewardship program need engage a variety of stakeholders, adhere to guidelines, and other best practices of which that they might not be aware. These activities were planned to meet the educational needs of pharmacy leaders who are looking to establish an opioid stewardship program.
