System Requirements

ASHP learning content is delivered through your Web browser. For all learning content, you will need basic computer skills, ability to navigate web pages and stable internet connection.

    Clearing Cache

    If you are experiencing any playback issues or loading a page, please attempt clearing cache. 

    Google Chrome
    1. Go to the Settings Icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select History.
    2. When the new tab opens, select Clear Browsing Data.
    3. Select the date range for deleting data (i.e. past hour, past day, past week, past 4 weeks, end of time)
    4. Select the first four options: Browsing history, Download history, Cookies, and other site and plug-in data, Cached images, and files.
    5. Click Clear Browsing Data.
    6. Refresh your screen to ensure that all changes have been applied.
    Mozilla Firefox
    1. Go to the History Tab on Menu Bar and select Clear History.
    2. On Clear Recent History, Select your time range to clear(i.e. last hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, today or everything)
    3. Under Details, select the first four options (From Browsing & Download History to Cache') and then select
    4. Clear Now.
    5. Refresh your screen to ensure that all changes have been applied.
    Apple Safari
    1. Go to History on the Menu Bar and select Clear History at bottom of the drop-down menu.
    2. A pop-up menu will appear and ask to confirm that you want to clear. If you do not want to clear your Top Sites, uncheck this box. (If one of your top sites is the site you are having trouble with, then you will want to include this as well) and select the Clear button.
    3. Refresh your screen to ensure that all changes have been applied.
